my philosophy for achieving skin wellness

My healing, holistic approach to helping clients achieve their desired skincare solutions is a tried and true formula:

80/20 ratio: homecare products + in-spa treatments

I look through a lens of wholeness to find what the skin is missing, and bring it back to a place of harmony or balance. With each face, I play skin detective to gather information on lifestyle, genes, habits, effects of time, seasons, hygiene and what is being used on the skin to analyze, educate and consult someone for more beneficial ways to achieve skin wellness and a complexion they desire.

With 16 years as a Licensed Esthetician that has helped 1000’s of faces, I’ve also seen a common theme in my treatment room. All skin craves balance, renewal and clarity.

Renewal means the cells must be functioning optimally and encouraged to turn over properly with the right ingredients.

Clarity means pores must be professionally extracted and cellular debris & waste must be massaged out and released through lymphatic drainage for fresh blood & oxygen to circulate and reveal glowing purified skin.

Balance means using ingredients that simultaneously and gently breakdown the stratum corneum to instigate a healing process and then simultaneously add back nutritive infusions of nourishing high quality topicals to strengthen the barrier function and achieve homeostasis, all without stripping or injuring the integrity of the skin.

Skin is a living, changing organ undergoing constant renewal & evolution effected by time, seasons, genetics, lifestyle and how we care for it.

These in-clinic treatments are like the exercise at the gym and the home-care products will maintain your results and protect the skin in between visits. Ingredient formulations are everything and quality matters. The satisfaction starts when you begin to see results and these principles are applied through my expert guidance and your patient commitment & consistency.
