Our products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless the packaging is damaged/broken on day of delivery and we are contacted immediately by email.
We do not allow change of mind returns, exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to read the active ingredients in the product descriptions in case you may have a rare allergy to plant botanicals, flowers, nuts, or seeds.
All Services Or Packages Are Non-Refundable.

If you need to reschedule or cancel we kindly ask that you allow 48 hours or a $50 late cancellation fee may be applied to your card on file.
If you wake up with an illness or true medical emergency the day of your appointment, please email us or call our direct business line 505.819.3478 immediately for a grace rescheduling option and we will waive the $50 late cancellation fee.
No-show appointments will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file and will not be permitted to reschedule unless special circumstances have been communicated.
Appointments more than 15 minutes late will be considered no-shows and will need to be rescheduled with a $50 late fee applied the card on file.

We no longer need you to fill out digital forms before your appointment. We now have a brief intake form given at the start of your appointment.
So that we can fully accommodate you, please arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time.
Please inform us of any allergies or special accommodations you may need for your appointment.
For safety, children are not permitted during your skincare appointment.
If you need to bring your service animal to your appointment, please let us know so they can be accommodated.
During your service if you have questions or need anything to be more comfortable, please ask us.
Due to our allergies to synthetic fragrance, please do not wear perfume to your appointment.
Please do not shower after your facial for at least 6-8 hours to avoid interfering with the outcome of your results.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual.
We take our personal safety very seriously and will report any malicious behavior that we feel is unsafe.
Abuse of any kind (verbal, emotional, physical, cyber-bullying, stalking, sexual remarks or solicitation) of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in our establishment or online community. It will be reported to authorities immediately.
Our services do not take the place of medical care by a physician and we do not diagnose. If we feel you need medical care outside of our scope of practice you will be informed.
